- The second floor of Jasmine House remains private. Guests occupy the ground floor garden level residences, which are free of any steps
- Preferred Age Group: we cater to professionals and retirees. Our accommodations are not suitable for children under 15.
- No smokers please.
- Small pet accommodations only – cleaning security of $150.00 (refundable);
- Prices do not include occupancy tax. There is a $250 security deposit for either residence for guests staying a month or longer.

To confirm reservations, an advanced deposit in the amount of $150.00 is required. The balance is due 14 days before arrival.
For month-long reservations, an advanced deposit in the amount of $350.00 is required. The balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
*DURING REGULAR/PEAK SEASON, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR RESERVATIONS CANCELLED within 14 DAYS of arrival or within 6 WEEKS of arrival for month-long stays.
**DURING VALUE SEASON, THE INITIAL DEPOSIT OF $150 WILL BE FORFEITED FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS MADE within 14 DAYS of arrival.
FOR MONTH-LONG STAYS, THE INITIAL $350 DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS MADE within 30 days of arrival.
